Rosa Gonzalez, head nurse

As a registered nurse with more than thirty years experience, Rosa Gonzalez knows that the best patient care happens in orderly environments. She feels that one of her chief duties in Brinkvale is to ensure that patients and staff are where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there, the better to facilitate swift and efficient care.

Gonzalez also knows that one of the most important indicators of a patient’s prospects for recovery is their willingness to work toward improvement. Her decades of experience have taught her the best ways to inspire patients to work harder and to make something of themselves so that they can, when possible, restart their lives outside of the institute’s walls.
